个人简介

近年来主要从事药食同源功能因子的递送及生物活性评价、智能药物递释系统的构建及应用研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划等项目,在Chemical Engineering Journal、Journal of Controlled Release等前沿期刊发表论文十余篇,申请发明专利2项。获天津市自然科学三等奖、博士后创新创业大赛银奖等荣誉,担任Food Science and Human Wellness等期刊审稿人。
